Shipping Inquiries

Upon receiving your contact information with payment we will contact you with a quote for shipping.  If you would like a quote prior to purchase, please send us an inquiry including desired items, your name, full address, phone number, and email.

Shipping Methods
We offer affordable, fully insured domestic and international shipping, please contact us for a quote. While we do our best to provide accurate quotes, some items of greater value require additional insurance and handling costs; in such cases we reserve the right to adjust the final delivery charge.

 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, value, and destination. We provide shipping quotes upon request.

 

International Orders
For orders outside the United States, all applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

 

Local Delivery
We offer blanket wrapped local delivery to the NYC area for a fee and all purchases are also available for pickup at no charge from our Brooklyn Studio.

 

Delivery Timing
Shipping timelines vary by destination and courier. We will communicate expected delivery dates upon shipment. Delivery delays due to customs, courier issues, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

Loss or Damage
All shipments are insured, but the customer is responsible for inspecting goods immediately upon arrival. If damage occurs in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
