    No. All sales are final. Each piece is made or selected with care, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
  • Can I pay in installments?
    Full payment is required to initiate all orders. In some cases, we may offer split payments at our sole discretion. Please email us before placing your order if this is something you'd like to discuss.
  • Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
    Not exactly, and that’s part of the beauty. We work with natural materials such as stone, metal, and leather. Variations in color, grain, texture, and patina are part of the design and should be expected.
  • Do you offer custom pieces?
    Yes. We occasionally accept custom commissions, depending on scope and timeline. If you’re interested in something specific, please reach out to start a conversation.
  • Can I visit the studio?
    Studio visits are available by appointment. Email info@ollin.us to arrange a time.
  • How do I request a shipping quote?
    If you would like a shipping quote before placing an order, please email us at info@ollin.us with the following: Item(s) you’re interested in Your name Full shipping address Phone number and email Once payment is received, we will follow up with a shipping quote and coordination details.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes. We ship worldwide from Brooklyn, NY. All international duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • How long will my order take?
    Lead times vary by piece. If your item is in stock, we typically ship within 5–10 business days. Made-to-order items will include estimated production timelines in the product listing or invoice. We will provide a shipping timeframe once shared with us by the responsible shipping company.
